Archaeological Sites


Fratelli Navarra specialized in restoration work are also involved in the investigation and recovery of archaeological sites. Over the years they have accrued specific skills and experience in this field through discoveries that have emerged during refurbishing or new building work. In these cases, major remains from the past have been found.

Via Urbana, Roma

At the time of the refurbishing of the building located in Via Urbana 152, preliminary archaeological investigations were conducted that brought to light a complex stratigraphic sequence dating from the late Roman Republic to modern times.

Via dei Villini, Roma

The archaeological investigations have led to the identification of Roman archaeological remains. We then proceeded with the demolition of accessory structures of the building. The stratigraphy removed from the front of the property is modern, pertaining to refurbishing work dating from the 1960s.
