The villa, located directly on the lake, is spread over a living area of ​​750 square meters and from all floors you can enjoy a 180 ° view of the lake. Inside the park, extending over an area of ​​6,000 square meters, there are several plane trees (from which the villa takes its name – Villa I Platani), including a centuries-old and monumental one, known to be among the highest in Europe (well 45 meters).
The ongoing activities on the Villa concern the architectural restoration and the change of use destination in order to make it a wellness hotel.
